EVV Now Required

As of September 1, 2024, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) requires all caregivers to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) systems to document in-home or community-based services. For more information, refer to the Minnesota DHS EVV compliance policy. To meet this requirement, we uses the CareTAP , which is compatible with various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers.
